Christina Stone is an artist working in sculpture and performance. Her practice explores the force and fragility of the body through physical experimentation with materials, objects, and space. Working with latex, stone, wax, foam, and found objects, she investigates processes of transformation and duration often using humor and language to examine bodily phenomena.

Christina Stone is currently pursuing an MFA in Sculpture at Hunter College, CUNY. She received the Leeman Boksenbaum Endowed Scholarship in Art to study abroad at the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris in 2026. At Hunter, her work has been included in several curated group exhibitions organized through Open Studios, as well as several independently curated group exhibitions in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Before pursuing her MFA, Stone worked as an exhibition designer, including as a Senior 3D Designer at Local Projects and as a 3D Designer at RAA. Her design work has encompassed large-scale museum environments, interpretive installations, and spatial experiences.

Stone holds a BFA in Architectural Design from Maryland Institute College of Art and is based in New York City.
